On November 4, the Belarusian "Grandfathers" took place in Solothurn in Switzerland - the Belarusian tradition of honoring the memory of ancestors. This year, the reburial of the ashes of Maria Magdalena Radziwill in the Minsk church was held. After that, it was decided to open the Maria Magdalene Radziwill Foundation in Switzerland. The activity of the fund corresponds to the activity of Maria Magdalena Radziwill, conducted by her 100 years ago. These are cultural projects, assistance in the development of the Belarusian language in Belarus, literary projects, private initiatives.
Negotiations are underway to transfer the estate in Kukhtichi to the possession of Alexander Sapega, for further restoration and preservation of these historic buildings (Calvin Collection and outbuildings).
