"ART Vandroņa", tourist department "ART Syadzība" (Information and educational institution "Amaroka") in partnership with the Institution for rendering assistance in difficult life situation "Destiny and Hope" will organize on July 14, 2018 an inclusive author's excursion "Minsk ring of charity" devoted to the birthday of the Belarusian patron of arts Magdalena Radziwill (July 8, 1861), as well as to other Belarusian philanthropists.

The author's excursion from the "Minsk Ring" series to the gentry manors of the Minsk region is traditionally conducted by the historian and tour guide Pavel Korolyov, who during the trip will tell about the charity of the Minsk gentry in the 19th - early 20th centuries.

Pavel Korolyov will acquaint the participants with the personalities of famous patrons of art: the Minsk city head of King Czapski and his father, the famous collector Emeriko Czapski in honor of his 190th birthday, the famous physician and scientist Yakub Narkevich-Iodko to his 170th birthday, as well as the social and cultural figure of Magdalene Radziwill from Zawish.

The itinerary of travel: Minsk - Priluki - Stankovo ​​- Uzda - Kuhtichi - Nadnemann - Minsk.

This trip will be charitable not only historically: participation in this interesting excursion will allow free-of-charge to join the trip to people with disabilities and families with children with disabilities.

In the excursion program:

  • Priluki - the palace and park and economic complex of Ashtorpov-Chapskys with a romantic neo-Gothic palace of the 19th century.
  • Stankovo ​​- a palace and park complex of the Chapsky clan in the 19th century, a beautifully restored Nikolayev church of the 19th century.
  • Uzda - wooden church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross early. 19th century. and the unique pyramidal tomb of Zawish.
  • Kuhtichi - the Calvinic collection of the 16th century. and the estate of Zawish.
  • Nadnemann - the estate of Yakov Narkevich-Iodko (where the first meteorological station was established).
